On November 22, 2021, Empty Boots made a request to the British Columbia Ministry of Health under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The reply is given below. It appears that the BC Ministry of Health cannot provide information to substantiate its COVID-19 public health orders, specifically the mandatory vaccination aspect of the order of November 9, 2021, that cost at least 2,496 frontline workers their jobs in BC. Empty Boots filed a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, which found grounds for an official review, now underway. Please stay tuned.
